Inspired by the creativity and fertility that the Empress tarot card offers us, we worked with a blend of Raspberry Leaf, Cinnamon, Orange Peel, Nettles, Sarsaparilla, Red Clover, Pink & Red Roses, Lemon Balm and Lemon Myrtle to bring rose wine to life in a drink fit for a queen.
III: The Empress
Infuse tea into rosé. Let it sit for two hours at room temperature, stirring occasionally. Strain out the tea, then chill the bottle well in a fridge or over ice.
Serve in a champagne flute or wine glass, adding bitters just prior to serving.
